Does it hurt?
Most people agree that application by the hand or Softap method is quite tolerable. Some compare the Sensation to plucking one's eyebrows. Everyone's tolerance level is different We take the time to make sure that you are comfortable using the best topicals available.
How much time will it take?
The time needed depends upon the procedure. On average, new procedures take 2 or more hours. We strive to make your experience comfortable and pleasant. Please do not make any additional appointments after your procedure.
How long will it last?
No one can predict how permanent makeup will last. The pigment particles remain in the skin; they just keep getting lighter over time. Permanent pigments are affected by UV light and Sunlight as well as chemicals in many skin care products. Sun exposure and skin care chemicals can rapidly change the color of your tattoo.
Other Concerns
All materials used are disposed of after every procedure. This includes all pigment containers, tools and materials. Every work surface disinfected, covered with paper and barrier file where needed. Accommodations are comfortable and the treatment room is completely private.
Expectations and results
If you are unsure about the color, choose something light; it can always be darkened. The color will look darker immediately after the procedure, which is generally limited to about 6 days. Eyebrows will generally just look darker, however, with eyeliner and lip procedures, one can expect some swelling which is generally limited to 2 days following.
Please wear your own makeup to the consultation to demonstrate the color and shape you prefer. Be sure that you and the technician understand each other so that you will be pleased with the results.
What does it cost?
New Procedures range from $650-$850. depending on the procedure. All new Clients that are looking to have their procedures touched up will be charged at the New Procedure Price, which includes two sessions. Once your procedure is completed , as a client of Faces Artistry, we offer discounted rates to maintain the appearance of your procedure.
Payment shall be made in advance by Cash, Mastercard or Visa, local check. Consultations are free of charge, however, a deposit of
$150 is charged per each individual procedure booked. This non-refundable deposit will be credited toward your new procedure or service.

Color & Design Correction- Pam specializes in redesigning and color correcting permanent cosmetic procedures.
Removal- Removal of a cosmetic tattoo takes time, patience and client aftercare. A saline or other lightening method may be utilized to remove or lighten areas of unwanted pigment. For large areas, we may recommend you consult with a Dermatologist for Laser or other Removal Methods.
A client history will be taken in order to qualify you for a safe procedure. There may be medications you are taking or pre-existing conditions that you may want to discuss with Pamela before you consider permanent cosmetics. If you had any recent surgeries or medical concerns, you may need to consult with your physician. Upon scheduling your free and private consultation, you will be instructed to wear your makeup so that Pam may evaluate the color tone and shape of your current makeup design. The preferences of every client are specific and unique. Pamela takes into account the individual differences and desires of her clients.
At Faces Artistry, strict hygienic standards are maintained in order to provide a safe environment for your procedure. All materials including the pen are entirely disposable. The design of the disposal Softap Comfort System tool and technique make the procedure quite tolerable, especially for seniors, with whom Pamela specializes.
At Faces Artistry, Pamela is interested in setting up an initial consultation appointment which can be partially conducted by a preliminary phone interview. This way we may review the necessary forms, Pre and Post instructions including a personal history. There may be medical conditions or medications that you are taking that we should discuss, including an examination of the procedure area.
In some cases, it will be necessary for clients to stop using certain skin care treatments in advance so they do not interfere with the procedure. Clients should not plan any activities that would expose the treatment areas to sun, wind, chlorinated pools, salt water and other precautions for a period of time following the procedure.
It is a good idea to plan your procedures well in advance of holidays or vacations so that you may be scheduled in plenty of time to complete all appointments.
